Comfort Inn Great Falls

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the area. The lobby and our room were clean. We had a Pet Friendly room and it was clean and did not smell of Pet urine. There were lots of food options in the immediate area for dinner (many within walking distance).

The location was great. A nice variety at breakfast.

The staff were exceptional! From the front desk, to the Housecleaning staff, to the Breakfast room staff! Rooms were very comfortable and clean and well decorated. Some room upgrades were still underway, so really appreciate how they can do that and still provide great service!

The room was clean when I arrived. It was easy to check in and check out. Staff were professional and friendly. The parking lot was clean.
